About Us

Capital Training Institute (CTI) was established in June 2007. Originally Safety Training and Compliance, the business outgrew the name, offering a wide range of courses in a variety of different business sectors. The company undertook a significant re-brand at the start of 2012 however the quality of product has stayed true to the original brand. The training delivered by CTI is competency based and provides participants with a nationally recognised certificate. All courses have been accredited under the Australian Quality Training Framework.

Customer service and caring about people are the core of CTI's business. We are committed to being flexible and responsive to participant's needs. CTI is able to tailor course content to your situation and for trainers to come to you or conduct training in our purpose fitted Training Centre.

We aim to raise participant's awareness of risks in every day situations, as well as teaching skills and knowledge that can be applied to many situations. We ensure courses meet all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of practice through constant monitoring and improvement.

Class sizes are kept small to enable and encourage greater participation.
